Ladies! Join us on Saturday 9/14, 11am to 3pm, for our September Sacred Circle Experience.
You will experience:
- Music, Guided Mindful Meditation, Singing/Chant,
- Healing Sound Bath with Reiki, Yin Yoga, Dance,
- Divine Feminine Connection, Group Hypnotherapy,
- Breath activation, Health/Nutrition expertise,
- Healthy Foods & Drinks, and…….
- Release and letting go of old baggage, blockages, and any trauma, which no longer serves you
Through these Mind-Body-Breath practices you will re-energize your soul, release what no longer serves… And experience joy & laughter with friends in a sacred and safe space.
Recommended to bring with you: wear comfortable, stretchy clothes, a yoga mat, a refillable bottle of water, optional: a pillow and a light blanket for the breathwork, hypnotherapy, and sound bath experiences.
